Hello everyone! I am an experienced, qualified English teacher from the UK. I speak Spanish to intermediate level, and a little Greek and Arabic. I have a first class bachelors degree in English Literature and Sociology from The University of Leeds in the UK.

I have experience teaching all levels from children as young as 5 years old to proficiency level students. I have taught many different exam boards including IELTS, Cambridge, Trinity and Michigan so I can prepare you for your exams.

My lessons are tailor made for my students. In the initial classes we can discuss your weak areas and I can assess what grammatical or pronunciation areas we need to work on.

Most importantly, my classes are fun and inspiring. I can come to your house, or you may come to mine if you live in Thessaloniki area. In addition, I do online classes.

I'm not your average teacher. I have taught people from around the world and the joy and reward of watching people learn and grow in English inspire me to teach. I don't want to give you a stranded "textbook" class, I want you to have fun, to laugh, and to enjoy the learning experience because this will make it memorable! We use texts from the ancient Greek Literature (Ancient Greek History, Tragedies and Myths) as well as the Bible or Byzantine Hymnology in order to better understand the structure and way of thinking of the Greek language. The course is addressed to anyone who either has or doesn't have a knowledge of the Greek language.
