I am professional Human Resource Manager. I am a talkative and open minded lady.

It fulfills me when in the end of every lesson, a learner is better than he/she was before. Being a practising Christian, the virtue of loyalty drives me in everything I do. I graduated from The University of Nairobi with a Diploma in Human Resource Management in the year 2017. This is also the best University in the country and East Africa. I have also undergone various on-job training to acquire skills that best suit my practicality as a teacher and as a Personnel Manager. Having been brought up in a Christian family, I also have dedicated my time at my local church to teach Sunday school kids. This has in return added me the virtue of patience, so much important for a teacher.

My methodology: Learning to structure one's thoughts to express oneself better
My approach is based on a simple observation: success is not achieved through lack of effort, but often through a lack of method and confidence. My role is to transform subjects sometimes perceived as abstract (Philosophy, French) or intimidating (English) into concrete tools for success.

The typical course of a session:
1. Quick diagnosis: We start by identifying the areas of uncertainty from the previous lesson or the difficulties with a specific exercise.
2. Taking action: No boring lectures! We work on concrete exercises, essay plans or oral practice (in English) to "learn by doing".
3. The "Montreal Method": Having worked for two and a half years in Quebec, I use a North American pedagogy that is very focused on encouragement, clear structure and student autonomy.
