With over 13 years of dedicated yoga practice, my classes are a living expression of balance, strength, and awareness a bridge between the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda.
Each session is guided by the rhythms of nature and the unique constitution (prakriti) of each practitioner. Through the stability of Hatha Yoga, the dynamic flow of Ashtanga, and the therapeutic essence of Ayur Yoga, we cultivate harmony between body, mind, and spirit.
The practice invites conscious movement, deep breathing, and stillness an inner journey to restore energy, awaken presence, and reconnect with the self.
According to Ayurveda, yoga is not just a physical discipline but a medicine for the soul. Every asana, every breath, is chosen intentionally to balance the doshas and bring the body back into its natural state of equilibrium.
Whether in stillness or motion, the class becomes a sacred space for healing, self-study (svadhyaya), and transformation.

I completed yoga teacher trainings in Brazil and Bali, deepening my practice in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Ayurvedic Yoga. To be a teacher is to be an eternal student.

My Experience in Bali I lived in Bali for two transformative years that deeply shaped both my personal and professional path.
During that time, I immersed myself in the study and practice of Yoga and Ayurveda, learning from traditional teachers and exploring the connection between body, mind, and nature.Bali was more than a place it was a living classroom. I dedicated myself to teaching yoga, offering Ayurvedic therapies, and participating in community projects that nurtured my sense of purpose and service.
It was also a time of deep inner growth: facing challenges, cultivating resilience, and embracing a more conscious, simple, and natural way of living. Those two years taught me the essence of balance between giving and receiving, movement and rest, discipline and surrender.
The island will always hold a special place in my heart as the home where my practice evolved into a true way of life.
