I focus on the complaints of the person such as weight loss, burning, regional thinning, fitness or posture disorder, and do special studies focused on exact results in this direction.

Lessons; It takes 50 minutes with 10 minutes of warm-up, 35 minutes of intensive/moderate exercise, and 5 minutes of stretching.
Online courses; done via zoom. We are establishing a WhatsApp motivation group for group lessons.

We evaluate weekly measurements with 7-24 online support for both group and tutoring lessons and we aim to reach our goal together by strictly following the program.
