This is the class for you if you find yourself struggling with writer's block, the drafting process, grammar, word choice, or any combination of the above when it comes to writing academic or creative pieces. I do not write papers for students; I intend to help students cultivate a robust writing toolbox from which they can construct their own productive writing process and style. I have experience editing in a variety of student publications as well as myself contributing published pieces, some of which going on to win regional and national awards in the United States. My passion is in the articulation of complex thoughts and arguments to be shared with the wider world.

Together we will talk, read, and write about everyday and current topics (from studying, work, and travel to social media and Chinese culture).
