We sometimes forget the importance of good muscle levels. Muscles are the tool that keeps our body moving.
Working out your muscles is also the most effective way to lose weight. One sesSion of strength is most effective than two or three cardio sessions without downplaying the importance of cardio.

I have a degree in physical education with certificates in sports training as well as on group classes training such as LesMills: Bodypump, Bodyattack, Grit, Bodybalnce, stretching functional and core.
I have trained more than 100 people with personalized training throughout my career and around 5,000 people in group classes.
I commit to my client to help them achieve their goals.
I don't usually train a lot of people simultaneously to be able to focus on each client the best way I can.

Kung-Fit is a mix of Kung-Fu and Fitness: work on your elegance and posture whilst also working on endurance and strength!

I have experience in both pool and open-water swimming. Whether you are looking to refine your technique, work on your fitness, or simply enjoy more time in the water, you are in the right place.

I have practiced Wing Chun Kung Fu from 2011-2021 in Bonn, Germany. I have been a co-coach and have several years of experience in teaching groups and in private.

I offer private lessons to make this ancient chinese art accessible. I focus on the practical side and strive to teach you the fundamentals and principles in the shortest time possible. Further training on your own is highly recommended, because Wing Chun movements aren't "natural" and your body will need some time to adapt.
My Goal as a teacher will be to take you to the heart of Wing Chun: "Chi Sao" - "sticky hands" and to build up a full understanding of the system.

Lessons will take place outside, near Carouge, Geneva.

Unfortunately my French is not good enough, yet, to teach in French. But I am working on it.
