About me: I was the skinny kid who never seemed able to put on muscle. I tried all the tricks you see in the magazines (remember those?) and on the internet and got nowhere. Then one day I started reading the science behind how training and nutrition work. Since then, I've put on 30lbs of muscle, competed in strength sports and jiu-jitsu, and been helping others get the life they want. From day one, we'll be doing science-based workouts and nutrition that actually work while avoiding shiny but utterly useless fads. If you’re looking to change your life, take your physical self to the next level, and maybe gain a fitness buddy, you're in the right place. I'll be supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested in your goals. I don't yell like a drill sergeant, but I'll still push you when you need it. Oh, and expect a joke or two every now and then. Life's too important to take too seriously all the time.
Education
Bachelor's in History from Montclair State University, with a concentration in Latin American history, graduated in 2010. Very relevant to my current career path.
