I worked as a trainer and private yoga instructor in New York City, and I can guide you through Hatha and Vinyasa-style classes based on what you need or what you want to know.

My classes are energetic, rejuvenating, and serene, but they are ultimately focused on connecting your mind with your body through an awareness of your breathing and the strength in your own body.

I lived and worked in New York City the last seven years, and I moved to Brussels at the beginning of this month.

I have a B.A. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University, and since arriving in Brussels from New York City, I want to tutor people in English for school and the SAT, GED, GRE, and GMAT exams - especially before regular coursework begins here in the fall!

I always scored well on my own exams, and by keeping each of my lessons personable, challenging, and engaging, I know I can help you or your student feel comfortable and confident in their English language skills. I work vocabulary, syntax, pronunciation, and reading comprehension, and I assign homework after every lesson. I also provide periodic progress reports upon request.
