Movement is vital for our mental, emotional, and physical health. It keeps us alive, creative, and curious. Moving our bodies also helps us to release tensions and process emotions, as well as activating, strengthening, and protecting our muscles, joints, and organs. Movement is language and helps us to express our own truth, connect with our intuition and free our mind.

Here I offer a space to share and reconnect with ourselves:
· Contemporary Dance Sessions: to free ourselves from judgment and move authentically. Here we will explore different techniques such as improvisation and release technique.
· Functional Training Sessions: To awaken our willing power and not only to look good, but also to feel good, strong, and fearless. Here we'll explore different training tools from Pilates, HIIT, Muay Thai, and BJJ.
· Stretching Sessions: Recovery is the most important part of being in touch with your body. A moment to relax and breathe deeply. Inspired by Yin Yoga.

I am passionate dancer of Tango Argentin at Nosotros Tango Brussels. Since I was young I have been dancing couples' dances, and as soon as I could, I taught tennis, folk and salsa.
I give regular tango lessons, and I do not stop training myself even more, especially with the Maestros who come to our school and my teachers Sebastian Achaval and Roxana Suarez.

I'm an avid Argentina tango dance and teacher at Nosotros tango school. I've been dancing partner when I was 14, and I was teaching classes of tennis, salsa and folk from very early on.
