After a few things happened in my life I found myself lost and disconnected with my mind and my body. That is when I decided to go to India in a remote Ashram and learn Yoga and all there is behind the Yogic lifestyle. It was not a retreat, it was a strictly scheduled course that pushes deep within yourself and deep into your body.
