Spanish and Literature Class with Cultural Focus Class

En esta clase, los estudiantes mejorarán su español a través de conversaciones significativas sobre temas reales como cuestiones sociales, cultura, emociones y valores humanos. Cada sesión incluye actividades de lectura o escucha, ampliación de vocabulario y debates guiados que fomentan el pensamiento crítico y la expresión personal.
El objetivo es que los estudiantes no solo hablen español con fluidez, sino que también utilicen el idioma para comprender diferentes perspectivas, reflexionar y compartir sus propias ideas con confianza.
In this class, students will improve their Spanish through meaningful conversations about real-life topics such as social issues, culture, emotions, and human values. Each session includes reading or listening activities, vocabulary expansion, and guided discussions that promote critical thinking and personal expression.

I’m Yuli, a Spanish and Literature teacher passionate about helping students connect with the language through meaningful conversations and critical thinking. I love exploring topics that go beyond grammar — like culture, identity, and social issues — so that every class becomes a space to reflect, feel, and express ideas with confidence.
My approach is human, patient, and creative. I believe learning a language is not only about speaking it, but also about understanding the world from a new perspective.
