Yoga, meditation and mindful practices are perfectly efficient tools to down regulate our nervous system so that we function better in life's challenges. When you practice any of these daily, as you develop a new habit, you may see the benefits of it. You may enable to regulate your daily stress and challenging emotions, which in turn you start to build ease in relations with yourself, with others and with life itself.
Since 2018, as a psychologist and as a yoga instructor I have combined eastern practices with western scientific approach and have developed my own style in practice.
We create a programme key to your needs, nourished with somatic practices, different breath techniques and meditation practices and with a wide range of asana and mindful movement practices.
