    Hey friends. If you feel like you want to practice some breathing on your time off from your studies or work in order to have more peace and concentration in your life, I am here for you. Perhaps you are feeling a lot of tension due to the pandemic and you need to connect with someone who can hear your concerns, the practice of breathing consciously will help you. I've recently taken some courses based on breath work for different emotional situations in life: This includes breathwork practice for: - More energy - Better sleep - Concentration - Release of anxiety. - Release of emotions The practice includes bhastrika, sudarshyan kriya and pranayam. I also have several chants and meditation beginner classes to share with you depending on your needs and level of expertise. I have learned these breathing techniques consistently through the last year, through several courses an institutions dedicated to breathwork in Costa Rica but the institution's is based and knowledge comes from India.
