I am certified Hatha yoga instructor, I have done my training in the heart of yoga in India - Rishikesh. I practise myself for 4years on daily basis. I can teach also restoratie/yin yoga where we can go deep into relaxation of muscles and stretch for longer period of time. I am also practitioner of Reiki = energy healing through my palms. Individual yoga classes designed specially for your personal needs and experience. I will help you to go into pose and do alignment if needed.
