There are many considerations for how one performs - from comprehensive theory and how it manifests to the physical connection between the body and mind. In our lessons we will take an individualised approach; some actors struggle with confidence, others with emotional connections, most with sincere relaxation. For the more cerebral actors, understanding the theory behind the motive helps internalise its necessity. Simplicity is a great form, but only when assumed knowingly. As for myself, I have 11 years' experience in the field - 7 professionally - spanning theatre, commercials, musical theatre, and dance. I've performed in numerous theatres across the UK (as well as Cyprus) and have been featured in a number of international commercials.
