This class is to help you overcome your fear of speaking English in public and having skills to hold a conversation of all levels! My name is Giuseppe, CEO of an Edtech Company called Play2Speak. We are creating new ways to help people overcome the fear of talking to others in English with innovative ways and technologies. In my class, we are going to use a particular development Play2Speak has been working on over 1 year. Our Method: 1) To read a chosen article, related to your English level and interests. 2) Go over the meanings and new words you may have come across. 3) Either debate or give your point of view about the article in question. This is the fun part!! 4) Test out what you have learnt by talking with our virtual character in Virtual Reality! What you need: Yourself, a can-do attitude, and curiosity to try new things. I'll bring the rest. About me: I am an Italo, french canadian living in France. I can speak English, French, Italian and Spanish. I specialize in business topics and science topics, as I am educated in Food Sciences, with an MBA. I have given English courses, both content and conversations, in the past. And lastly, I am a Toastmaster student, meaning that I learning on how to be a competent public speaker!
