Although every student is different, I usually follow a similar methodology for teaching a language: *Grammar and translation: learning the grammar rules of the language and translating texts. *Speaking: speaking, listening, repeating. *Listening and reading comprehension: listening, watching, reading, and understanding. *Vocabulary. Regarding the other subjects, I adapt depending on the student. One of the values instilled in me by one of the schools I’ve been able to work with, a few years ago, is to try to help students learn while having fun. It may seem impossible when someone doesn’t enjoy studying, but it’s one of the best ways to learn truly, and it’s one of the things I like to convey in my classes.
