I have tutored students in English from primary school to junior college level. I have a knack for languages, having travelled to Guatemala to learn pastoral Spanish which I used in my mission experience in Benque Viejo del Carmen Town, Belize. I know how important and daunting learning a language can be. I have taught foreigners English as a second language. I am a writer for a local newspaper in Belize and help university students to edit their essays and research papers. I won the Youth Worker Award from The Commonwealth in 2016 for the Caribbean and Americas Regions, so I can also help with coaching, leadership, resume preparation and job interview preparation. I have an MBA (International Banking and Finance) (distinction) and I can teach business English. Having worked in the oil and gas industry for over ten years, I can also help with report writing and presentation skills. My aim is to make the lessons fun and engaging. Depending on what you want to learn, we can customize the classes.
