English and literacy is one of the most important, and fun, parts of Key Stage 2. The skills learned and practised in the classroom will follow children as they grow into young adults, not only helping them in school but also helping them in a world that is becoming ever more complicated and reliant on these vital literacy skills. I have significant experience working in education, both in schools and in a 1-1 tuition setting. My goal is to help your child reach their full potential at their own pace-whatever that may look like! I aim to make my lessons fun and interesting while still covering the important parts of the subject. I will look at reading, writing and grammar and tailor the lessons as necessary depending on which skill your child needs help with.
