Applied Chemical Engineering: From Fundamentals to Real-World Environmental Applications
A partir de 35.12 $ /h
Chemical Engineering plays a central role in solving today’s industrial and environmental challenges. Drawing on over 35 years of university teaching, research, and practical experience, this class is designed to give students a solid and applied understanding of core Chemical Engineering concepts and how they are used in real systems.
The class covers key topics such as chemical reaction engineering, catalysis and kinetics, heat and mass transfer, separation processes, process design, and environmental pollution control. Emphasis is placed on practical examples, industrial relevance, and problem-solving approaches commonly encountered in academic research and professional practice.
This course is ideal for students, young professionals, and researchers who want to strengthen their fundamentals while understanding how Chemical Engineering principles are applied to environmental protection, process optimization, and sustainable technologies.

Acerca de mí
I am a passionate and experienced university lecturer with over three decades of teaching, research, and industrial experience in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. I believe learning works best when complex ideas are broken down clearly, patiently, and connected to real-life applications.
My teaching style is structured, interactive, and student-centred. I take time to understand how each student thinks, where their difficulties lie, and then adapt my explanations accordingly. Whether you are a secondary-school student building foundations, a university student struggling with core concepts, or a postgraduate student working on research problems, I guide you step by step until the subject becomes clear and manageable.
I am calm, encouraging, and demanding in a positive way — I push students to reach their full potential while creating a supportive environment where questions are always welcome. I particularly enjoy working with motivated students, curious learners, and those who feel they are “not good at science” and want to rebuild confidence.
With my strong background in theory, problem-solving, and practical applications, I help students not only pass exams, but truly understand what they are studying.
