Then focus on your personal needs (without neglecting grammar) and finally go throug the familiar expressions of the spoken language unless you need to focus on technical language.

To practice with more fun, I use videos, mp3, cultural quizz, as well as extracts from classic or contemporary literary works, newspaper articles, film clips , broadcasts and Flash news... depending on your level and your needs.
