Carmen, you teach me not only through singing support, opening of the diaphragm, freedom of breathing, feeling of the body, but also something else important. I realized why I wanted to cancel the lesson today: the vocals are making a direct attack on my defense program - “freeze, don’t breathe, don’t show yourself.” This is something that many people spend years treating with psychotherapists. And you heal by teaching singing. That’s why before the first lesson there is fear, tension, and a desire to run away. Thanks to your lessons I am learning again breathe, sound, open up, be heard, to be alive. Thank you 💃🌟❤️
