I am a specialist teacher, trained in the latest teaching methods to effectively teach Dyslexic children/ students to read and write in a fun and engaging way. Maths tuition also provided. Latest statistics show up to 10% of the population are Dyslexic, many are undiagnosed. If your child is struggling at school they will benefit from early intervention. I provide 1:1 and small group tuition to help children fill gaps in their learning, build confidence and ultimately help them reach their full potential. Lessons are personalised to a student's interests and strengths, making learning fun and ensuring the child is fully engaged in their learning. I use the latest teaching methods in my lessons which are proven to be the most effective for Dyslexic children/ students. I am also able to offer pre-diagnosis screening to determine if a child may be Dyslexic and can refer you onwards should formal testing and diagnosis be recommended. I am also able to make recommendations regarding classroom adaptations to help a child access classroom learning at school.
