Our rich and traditional Indian Music is deeply rooted in spirituality. Needless to say, being involved with music brings enormous amount of peace, contentment, and bliss to our lives. I am a vocalist and a music practitioner. I am a disciple of Vidushi Sanhita Nandi ji of the Kirana Gharana. I have completed my masters in Classical Music (Vocal) and aim to spread the knowledge gained by my Gurus among those who are sincere and/or passionate for learning Hindustani Classical Music and light music. The focus of my classes are aimed at the systematic development and aesthetic appeal of Ragas. For students willing to learn music seriously but with little exposure to learning, I begin with various vocal exercises for pitch accuracy and voice culture. Thereafter, I begin the work of Raga development and presentation. I also teach Bhajans for those who wish to learn 'Sugam Sangeet' (light music.)
