I specialize in tutoring Mass Communication and Phonetics for school and the SAT, GED, GRE and GMAT exams. My goal is to keep students challenged, but not overwhelmed. I assign homework after every lesson and provide periodic progress reports.
This class is for aspiring communicators. The focus is to learn how to the various forms of communication coupled with a well spoken English. You'll learn about the media and various theories of communication. In terms of phonetics, Students will learn to hear, transcribe using the International Phonetic Alphabet, and analyze speech sound production. Students will learn basic anatomy of the speech mechanism and how anatomic movement shapes sound production.
