Ich bin Pianistin und Klavierpädagogin mit Diplom und biete Klavierunterricht für jede Altersstufe auf Deutsch oder Englisch an. Da der Unterricht via Webcam stattfindet, muss bei kleineren Kindern eine erwachsene Person anwesend sein, die dem Kind bei der Umsetzung des Lernens hilft ! Ich bin offen für alle Musikstile, Klassik, Pop oder auch Jazz ( aber leider keine Improvisationen!). Meine Intentionen sind, auf die Wünsche des Schülers einzugehen und ihn zu fördern.
Keine Sorge, wenn Sie auch schon im reiferen Alter sind, Klavier kann man in jedem Alter lernen!
Der online Klavierunterricht findet vorwiegend via GoogleMeet statt.

I have many experiences as a piano teacher and I love teaching piano! I also play recitals with my husband as a piano duo.
We participated at many international competitions for piano duo. In France we recived an award at the " Concours Musical de France" in Paris. Nowadays we have concerts manly in Germany. Our CD has been published since a few months on Spotify , Soundcloud and other Streaming platforms, so you can listen to it!
In my leisure time I also play violin and I do dawings and paintings! Music and Art especially drawing / painting pictures are the most important things in my life!
And I love traveling! My husband is from Japan so I often have the chance to visit Tokyo. But I am also interested in cities / regions of Europe and other countries.

I studied piano at the Music Academy in Trossingen and got my diploma. Since that time I give piano classes at first as a private tutor and later at music schools. I have experiences with students any ages and levels and my lesson regulation is adapted to the level of the students. Some of my students participated successfully at national competitions like "Jugend musiziert" in Germany! But that's not the goal to play at competitions. Music has to be passion and an other way to speak than with a language. Actually music is a language!

I can help you in any case of piano playing. You can come as a beginner or as an advanced piano player! You can also play any music styles like Classical music, Pop music or Jazz (but unfortunately i can't help you in Jazz improvisations)! At first when you are a beginner we will find the right book for you to get the basic in piano playing. And you can get it in English of course. My lessons are in 30 minutes or 45 minutes. The most important matter that I could write here about is my passion to teach. I've been teaching already for more than 10 years, from kids to adults. I'm a classical pianist, but I am opened to other musical styles. What I want you to get from your lessons with me, is not only a huge knowledge of theorical stuff or a great technique, I would like to show you my musical world, the imagination and inner exploration that is required to understand and to love music in a whole new level. Once you have found them, it will be very hard to quit playing!

I use different methods depending on:
1) The goals of my student
2) The language that we will use on class
3) Age and musical preferences: I start to teach children from 3 years old, we make games and they learn to play through musical stories that I have created throughout my pedagogical career.

El Taller Tecla y Música es un espacio pensado para aprender y desarrollar tu sentido musical y expresivo a través del piano y/o teclados.
El objetivo principal es aprender a hacer música y disfrutar del proceso de aprendizaje y sus resultados.
El material con el que trabajamos (canciones, piezas instrumentales y ejercicios) está orientado principalmente a tu gusto musical, y la elección es en función de ir ampliando gradualmente tus posibilidades técnicas y expresivas, y a la vez explorar distintos estilos musicales.
De este modo se van incorporando distintas herramientas para lograr en un corto plazo, dominio y fluidez sobre el lenguaje musical y el instrumento.
Dado que cada alumno tiene distintos intereses e inquietudes, ya sea tocar por afición o desarrollar una carrera profesional, componer, improvisar, etc., la orientación de las clases se construye en función de las posibilidades y necesidades particulares de cada caso.
La propuesta de trabajo implica una frecuencia de clases semanal para lograr una óptima dinámica de trabajo y que los resultados sean visibles en un corto plazo.
También existe la posibilidad de tomar clases aisladas con la finalidad de resolver un objetivo puntual como por ejemplo desarrollar y perfeccionar algún aspecto particular de la práctica y/o teoría musical así como el de preparar exámenes de instrumento o materias teóricas para instituciones de estudios musicales.

I have over 12 years of teaching experience and I have been working as a Professional Pianist for 7 years now, in 8 different countries (Switzerland, Austria, Iceland, Spain, etc.) and on Luxury Cruise Ships (Worldwide).

I can show you how to have fun with the piano. If you're a beginner, I can take you right from step one and have you playing familiar songs by the 1st or 2nd lesson. If you already have some experience, I can add to it.

My main goal is to help you achieve your goals and prepare the best lesson for you!

I've been playing and studying piano since age 6 (over 25 years ago). I began with classical music, and later added Ragtime, Jazz, Blues, Pop, Rock, and Chord theory.

I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance, Classical Music (4 years). I have participated in numerous Piano Masterclasses in Europe, and I studied with great pianists. I still learn from different Highly Accomplished Musicians. I believe learning never stops.

I have much to share with my students.

TEACHING STYLE

I am a very patient teacher. I love teaching all ages. I don't teach everyone the same way. I tailor lessons according to individual goals and needs. I insist on the importance of technique and musicality.

I also guide all my students even outside of the teaching time, by responding to all their questions (music theory or technical) and sending them videos.

I teach how to prevent Piano Injuries by focusing on proper technique, posture, and practice habits.

My professional experience includes coaching students of all levels and ages. I successfully prepared the students for their Piano Exams, like ABRSM, Trinity Grade, from grades 1-8, with merits and distinctions, and more advanced exams as well (Performance Diplomas).

I teach for the Enjoyment of Music as well. I believe you can learn to play the piano at any age. My oldest student is over 75 years old, and my youngest one is 3 years old. They made great progress, and I am sure you could do the same.

I've never met anyone who didn't have musical abilities! You can be a serious or a recreational player. The only requirement is the willingness to spend some time at the piano.

I conduct my lessons using a combination of 4 cameras for optimum visibility, and a quality microphone which my students find very helpful. This allows them to see a very clear visual demonstration alongside my verbal explanation.

I can confidently say that Online Lessons are the same as In-Person Lessons.

CURRICULUM

I do not believe one method works for all students. I have used many different lesson books and resources over the years.

For beginners I like to use Alfred method books for basics concepts and for Classical and Jazz Piano technique I like to use ABRSM books (grade 1-8). If my student feels that they can learn better from another books, I am glad to adapt my teaching strategies to their needs.

Along with the lesson books below, I use a lot of supplemental materials based on the students' interests. I also aim to teach their favorite songs as soon as possible.

I like to clearly explain and demonstrate piano technique. In this way, the students are able to apply the information on similar passages from all genres of music.

I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age.

I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.

Ich spiele seit über 20 Jahren Geige und studiere derzeit meinen Master im Fach Violine in Würzburg. Musik ist meine große Leidenschaft, und seit sechs Jahren unterrichte ich Violine – sowohl an Musikschulen als auch privat, mit Schülern im Alter von 7 bis 60 Jahren.

Ik ben een Spaanse pianist en componist (MMus afgestudeerd aan Codarts Rotterdam in beide richtingen) met al veel jaren leservaring, en ook zeer actief op het gebied van optredens in diverse contexten.

My musical journey began at the age of 10, when I started playing the organ in church. Soon after, I enrolled in the local Conservatory, where I studied Organ and Classical Composition for eight years, followed by Jazz Piano studies. I graduated in 2021 and have been performing since 2016 in various folk, pop, and jazz ensembles across Italy.
Currently, I’m continuing my musical education at Berklee College of Music in Valencia, expanding my experience in performance, harmony, and pedagogy.

Most jazz piano teachers offer you a weekly video call and wish you luck until next week. I offer something different. Over the past six years, I've built a structured teaching system for adults who are serious about learning jazz piano properly — whether you're a working professional who's always loved jazz and finally has time to learn, or a classically trained musician ready to break free from the page and start improvising.

What makes my approach different:
Every student gets access to an interactive practice platform with exercises you can work through between lessons — tension identification, voicing construction, ear training, and more. These aren't PDFs or YouTube links, they're purpose-built tools that track your progress and adapt to your level. On top of that, I design personalised weekly practice routines for each student. You'll always know exactly what to practise, how long to spend on it, and what "ready to move on" sounds like. No guessing, no wasted practice time.

My methodology is ear-first. We build strong harmonic foundations through shell voicings before moving to complex concepts. You learn to hear the music before you theorise about it. This is how jazz was always meant to be learned — by listening, not just reading.

— Classically trained pianists who want to understand jazz harmony, stop depending on sheet music, and develop the confidence to improvise. I know this transition well and I have a clear path for it. What a typical month looks like: Weekly lessons via video call (frequency and duration would be according to students needs), tailored to your current goals and level. Between lessons, you have your practice routine and full access to the exercise platform. I track your activity and adjust the plan based on what I see. It's not a course you follow passively — it's an ongoing, personalised programme.

Learning percussion and any melodic instruments can be a hassle to tackle. I, Juan, am currently majoring in Music at the Jackson State University music department. I will apply the same things I learned in my lessons here and apply them to my own lessons and go into depth on breaking down fundamentals and exercises to better your musicianship. No matter the skill lesson, there will always be a way to grow the knowledge you have on your current instrument. I teach snare drum, both concert and marching styles. I teach piano at an intermediate to advanced level as well. As well as snare drum, I also play 4-mallet percussion along with playing timpani.

They develop strong left-hand voicing and comping skills, learn to play jazz standards with musicality, and strengthen their ear so they can play without relying on sheet music. Along the way, they explore how jazz connects to gospel, blues, and contemporary styles, gaining tools to reharmonize songs and create their own arrangements.

In lessons, students experience a supportive, personalized environment that encourages creativity and confidence at the piano. They begin to feel ownership of the instrument, discovering the joy of musical freedom rather than simply reading notes.
