Knowing languages is a powerful skill to have. I am a native Italian speaker and during this class I am to provide you with a friendly approach to learning Italian in an easy and fun way.

When I teach I like to use linguistics to find similarities between various languages and show the relevant links that make languages so rich and interconnected.

Lessons will be face-to-face but I am also willing to teach online.

My work experience so far is concentrated in the administrative sector, with exposure to hospitality and social media management. Thanks to my constructive communication and language skills, I easily adapt to working in diverse and/or multicultural environments, with the addition of being very comfortable at teaching my native language to young teenagers and adults.

When I moved to London in 2016 I spent 2 months working as an au pair at a family's house in South West London. Alongside the daily tasks I was assigned, I was also responsible for teaching the children Italian (and some French too). Their grades significantly improved thanks to my attentive tutoring!

I teach Italian and French to Primary and Secondary school aged students. I also teach foreign languages to adults and Preschool children.
The beginners will start with easy exercises and short dialogues to learn the language. Intermediate and Advanced students will do grammar exercises to improve their language. I would like to speak Italian and French to the students right away. We will write dialogues and talk about interesting topics all together. I usually use the Internet as well.
My goal is to keep students challenged yet interested in my lesson.

Beginners will acquire the basic essentials of communication and master the key elements of Italian for social situations.
Intermediate students will learn to converse comfortably on both a personal and professional level and become familiar with idiomatic expressions and standard business vocabulary.
Advanced Italian courses promote the student's mastery of the normal social and vocational uses of the language and provides a specialist range of vocabulary related to his work environment.

I am currently teaching Italian to individual students and corporate clients with different language requirements and purposes. I have also conducted a preparation course for Italian GCSE and A level exams in London.

I teach to all levels and ages using a communicative and student-centred approach. My lessons are very interactive and focused on real life and cultural situations.

Here I had the chance to practice teaching for a various of different students, from student to adult, from european to asian students. This helped me learn to overcome any difficulty that comes with teaching in a mixed class.

Before starting my teaching experience I have attended a training course which was focused in teaching using only the language without translating. Implication helps students understand and remember better as they have to find the rule by themselves instead of simply reading it through a grammar book. I am native italian but I am fluent in French and Spanish. I have an undergraduate bachelor in Applied Languages with Spanish and I study french since the age of three, hence I have also experience in teaching spanish and french.
