Are you new to the Dutch or Polish language and want to start learning it? I offer patient and friendly one-on-one online lessons focused on real communication, everyday vocabulary, and building confidence when speaking.

I grew up and studied in the Netherlands from the age of 5 to 18, so I speak Dutch fluently and naturally. I also speak Polish perfectly, which helps me explain grammar and pronunciation clearly — especially for beginners who are just starting their language journey.

During our lessons, we will practice speaking, reading, and understanding the language through simple conversations and examples from daily life. I always adapt the lessons to your level, speed, and personal goals.

Whether you want to learn for work, school, or everyday life — I’ll help you step by step with patience and motivation.

Did you just fail that High School Language Test again? Does your verb spelling need a good brush-up? No idea whether it should be symphonies or symphonies? Do you find it difficult to distinguish between main and subordinate clauses? Do you HAVE to pass the test this time because otherwise you will suffer a study delay? Then contact me. For more than fourteen years I have been providing training on all parts of the test via Skype.
Together we will do our best to pass that test this time! Do not wait to long; the next key is sooner than you think!
NB do you know a fellow student who would also like to take lessons? Lessons for two people are also possible with this training - at an attractive rate (this temporarily does not apply, because only for the lessons at home).
Because I have both long and short-term projects, there is usually room for you in the short term. The indicated available lesson times are therefore an indication. Evening lessons are possible in consultation.

My name is Agnes and I am native Polish speaker.
I adapt to the student's needs and ambitions to propose flexible or intensive classes, for absolute beginners to advanced levels. I usually assign some homework after every lesson and will provide regular feedback on the progresses made.
One to one or two people classes, for groups I hold the right to adjust the hourly rate (per student).

As non-Dutch speaking parents, it is certainly not easy to teach your children Dutch or help them become more fluent in the new language. Who wants some extra exercise for their kids? I would like to help you with that. As their vocabulary expands and their sentences become more fluent, your children will become more confident. A good command of the Dutch language is certainly to their advantage, both now and in the future.

Do your children need some help with their homework, especially with their Dutch, then I can help with that.

Even as non-native-speaking adults, it is sometimes difficult to have enough exercise. That is why adults who want to make progress in speaking the Dutch language are welcome here! We can practice the everyday language together. Conversing is the best way to learn a new language.

Anyone want to learn Persian? Then I am here to help you with that. Here too, I mainly work on communication.

I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. As I learned myself a couple of other languages, it is easy for me to detect difficulties a student can encounter and adapt the way of learning. I can teach in English, French, German and Russian.

Each class is tailored to the individual's requirements and/or needs. Want to improve career opportunities; learn or improve business Dutch, which will be the focus of each class.

For those already are familiar with Dutch; expanding existing knowledge together with a deeper cultural understanding and insight.

The main focus is on total immersion in a fun and comprehensible way, without omitting important aspects such as grammar, etc.

I am a Belgian (Flemish) and French student with a Masters in International Public Law (Amsterdam) and a Masters in Global development (University of Copenhagen). World traveler, I have lived in Thailand, Denmark, Greece, the Netherlands, US, Switzerland and many more countries, where I both dtudies and worked as a legal advisor.

2022-Now:

2021-2022:
I worked at "bijlesthuis," a Dutch tutoring institution, where I primarily taught French, Dutch, and English to adult learners seeking to improve their language skills. During the same period, I also provided classes to other students through Apprentus.

2021:
Through Apprentus and other websites, I assisted several younger students (ages 5-15) in Bern and Geneva, helping them improve their skills in subjects such as Maths and French.

2017-2020:
I worked for three years at a tutoring institution in Geneva called ARA, where I primarily taught French, Mathematics, and English.

During this time, I also spent two years working at a private school called Florimont, where I supported students aged 11-16 across various subjects by assisting them with their homework.

I can teach French, Dutch, and English, Spanish and in German, and I thoroughly enjoy teaching and assisting students in their progress and acquisition of new skills.
