I have been actively taking care of little ones for 4 years now, with a 6 month-long period of working in a kindergarden where I took care of babies as little as 8 months all to children aged 7. I have over 50 references with very happy parents, I have tutored their children and helped with school work. Naturally, I can also help around the house.
Currently, I am doing a double masters at the Leiden university and am 23 years old :).

I was born and raised in Prague, the capital of Czech republic. I have been tutoring for 5 years now (I can provide happy client's references), privately from ages 12- 55. Languages are my passion and I can confidently say that I am fluent in 5 languages and am learning two other ones at the moment. I enjoy teaching both children and adults mainly because I like passing on knowledge to other people. Currently I am in the Netherlands in the midst of obtaining my master's degree.

In my lessons we use books depending on the level you are (A1-C2) , or we focus on conversation and grammar and communication or we combine it all :). You decide!

My goal is to teach younger children/students the correct way of the English language. I have had precious experience with tutoring while I lived in Germany. During my time in tutoring,I learnt that children tend to learn faster and easier when enjoying a lesson. I therefore try to keep my lessons fun and exciting but of course, effective. My lessons included tasks like word puzzles, role play, quizzes etc. I provide worksheets, but I am open to helping out with homework they received from school or anything they are having problems with. At the end of every few lessons, I like to give a small exam on what was learnt the past few hours. Just to see what can be improved or What has already become a plus.

If your child can use some extra support with, for example, counting, (reading) reading or writing, I would like to offer my help.

During my lessons, I utilize coursebooks targeted for these exams and provide additional resources for the students if needed. Additionally, I help university students, business people and ex-pats reinforce their English in presentations, essays and conversations.

I am proud to say that the students who I prepared for Toefl and Ielts tests have gotten the required scores for these tests and are obtaining their master's degrees at the University of Leiden and Tu Eindhoven.

My emphasis is on creating a love of learning and building confidence which leads to better learning. In addition to maths and language skills, I have a background in the arts and have created and given many arts and crafts classes for children of all ages. I can create age appropriate activities for younger children or support developing skills in older children.

Mathematics used to be a subject that we had a lot of trouble with. I can help with this! I do the math specifically at a beginner level so that the focus is really put on the basics. The level can be increased if desired. I can help with math homework or with problems that are difficult.

Since the Gymnasium I give tutoring Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Latin and language courses Latin languages Portuguese Spanish French and Italian from basic or beginner level to Gymnasium level. For primary school students also arithmetic for example with fractions and percentages and all other modules. Also Dutch grammar and spelling.

Bijlessen beschikbaar in regio Den Haag (bij de bijlesleerling of bij mij thuis). I have worked as a remedial teacher in primary education for the past three years. I have helped students individually or in small groups with reading, spelling and arithmetic. Because I lived abroad as an expat for a few years myself - where my son went to an international school - I know from experience how challenging it can be to have to communicate and learn in different languages.
Back in The Hague, I have helped expats with Dutch conversation (individually).
I use different methods to make Dutch as accessible as possible! It is a difficult language, but I try to make it simple.
--> I live 7 minutes by bike from the International School of The Hague.
--> It is also possible to take lessons together with 1 or 2 classmates.
