Authentic classical Bharatanatyam from basic to advance levels

You will learn authentic classical Bharatanatyam, along with improvised versions.
Theory and practical exposure will be included.
You will learn everything from scratch. Beginner, intermediate and advance levels of classes will be available.

Dance has been my passion for over 20 years, and I have been teaching for more than eight years. Teaching has given me plenty of insight into my own dancing and improvisations. I follow a flexible syllabus while teaching students Bharatanatyam. I understand that each student learns differently and change the syllabus accordingly. Apart from dancing, students must know the history of Bharatanatyam and have a basic understanding of theory as well so the focus is on both theory and practical aspects of Bharatanatyam.

I have also passed my junior and senior state level Bharatanatyam exams in Karnataka with distinction. I have completed my pre-vidwat and will soon pursue finals.

La danse orientale Raqs Sharqi (le terme « danse du ventre » est considéré comme réducteur, il a été donné à l’époque de Napoléon en Égypte, sachant que Raqs Sahrqui signifie en Egypte même « danse orientale ») est originaire d’Égypte et est surtout présente au Proche-Orient et au Maghreb; elle est dansée essentiellement par des femmes et s’est développée dans le monde entier.
La danse tonifie le corps et muscle le dos et vous laisse de bonne humeur.

I’ve been doing gymnastics for 8 years now , flexibility is my thing since I won many competitions in rhythmic gymnastics , played with the Moroccan national team and won the Moroccan championship in 2019 .

Rhythmic gymnasts are very known by their amazing flexibility and body control , they have some of the best tips and exercises to improve flexibility .

So if you want to become flexible ,
learn how to do the split or something else , or simply feel better in your body this course can help you a lot !!
