My name is Maria, I have been living in Antwerpen since October 2017. I’m Venezuelan and I speak four languages, Spanish, French, English and Italian. I studied a Master of International Management. I’m search to give Spanish courses in a Basic or Intermediary level (From A1 to B2).

I have two years of experience as Language Teacher, specifically in France and in Venezuela where I gave classes to children. This opportunity helps me to learn how to develop the Spanish courses to create an efficient learning. During the courses we will practice the grammar rules, enriching the vocabulary and in improving the conversation abilities.

In my classes you learn Spanish at your own pace and with flexible hours. At school you learn Spanish and when you speak to the people themselves it is completely different.
Spanish is my mother language so I can teach you correct Spanish and also prepare you to communicate with Spanish speaking people.

My goal is that you feel comfortable and speak the language confidently.

I also offer classes for children in Spanish. Sometimes it can be difficult to keep up with a second language and I definitely want to help them with that.

I also speak perfect Dutch and English so if you wish to speak 1 of these languages I can teach you that to.

Ik hecht vooral veel belang aan de woordenschat, accentuatie en uiteraard de spelling. De zinsbouw komt in een later stadium. Je kan geen zinnen bouwen als je woordenschat niet optimaal is. Door dialogen kunnen we de accentuatie verbeteren. Met extra puzzels wordt de woordenschat verruimd.

In my classes of English, Spanish or Dutch you will be talking immediately thanks to the specific pedagogy I use.

I put you into your learning objective context and explain grammar 'by experience', using role plays, synonyms and explanations in the target language.

Moreover, you will be using vocabulary straight away and progress significantly in this way.

Hello everyone! I hold a CELTA teaching qualification in Spanish and a doctorate in Italian. I have been teaching Italian and Spanish for more than 5 years. I've been preparing students for the A-Levels and GCSE (language + literature). I can prepare you for specific examinations, language lessons in general or teach you Spanish for business. The lessons are for everyone, whatever their age or level (children to adults). I will make sure that you discover the Spanish culture through the lessons, learn the correct pronunciation and of course learn some grammar. I am open to your needs and can speak a few languages to make sure that you understand fully the lessons (of course, we’ll try to use mostly Spanish in all our lessons depending on your level).
