¡Hola! Me llamo Luisa y ofrezco clases de canto online para cualquier edad y nivel. No hace falta que tengas ninguna formación previa, aquí cabe todo el mundo. Mi metodología siempre se adapta al alumno y a lo que su voz pueda necesitar. Me centro mucho en asentar una buena técnica vocal, que nos permita avanzar lo máximo posible. La técnica vocal siempre tiene que buscar el menor daño posible y aumentar la proyección y la calidad vocal.
Nos centraremos también en un repertorio al gusto del alumno siempre, con mi supervisión. Tanto si te gusta cantar canciones más modernas de pop, rock, jazz etc como si tienes un estilo más clásico (orientado a la ópera o al coro) aquí tienes tu sitio. Je lichaam is je instrument bij het zingen. We proberen dat instrument zo mooi mogelijk te laten klinken door te werken aan klankvorming. Hierdoor kunnen de stembanden vrijer bewegen, zodat je minder snel moe wordt bij het zingen. Je stem wordt voller en je kunt hogere en lagere tonen zingen.

Tijdens de zanglessen zijn we ook bezig met articulatie, de uitspraak van vreemde talen en ook aan de betekenis van en je gevoel bij een bepaald stuk. Natuurlijk bepaal jij zelf wat voor soort muziek je gaat zingen. Of je nu alleen zingt onder de douche of dat je bv. in een koor zit en je tegen bepaalde moeilijkheden op loopt in het algemeen of bij een bepaald stuk? Neem dan gerust je koorpartij mee naar de les en dan kijken we samen hoe we dat makkelijker voor je kunnen maken. We werken aan repertoire waar jij van houdt. Ook kunnen we samen een ontdekkingsreis maken naar jouw favoriete muziek.

WIE KAN ER LEREN ZINGEN?
Iedereen kan leren zingen. Door de zanglessen zal je merken dat het zingen makkelijker wordt. Bovendien is zingen goed voor ontspanning, zowel van lichaam als geest. Zingen is gewoon genieten!

JE EIGEN INSTRUMENT
Als zanger of zangeres heb je alvast één voordeel ten opzichte van instrumentalisten: je hoeft geen (duur) instrument te kopen. Jij hebt je instrument altijd bij je, maar... je moet wel goed voor je instrument zorgen!

Je m’appelle Carmen et je suis chanteuse d’opéra. J’ai étudié au conservatoire P.I. Chaykovsky à Moscou et le célèbre conservatoire Santa Cecilia à Rome. J’ai suivi de nombreux cours de masterclass en Russie, en Italie et en Autriche avec Edda Moser, Renata Scotto, Nino Machaidze etc. J’étais aussi soliste dans la chorale du Vatican.

Depuis plusieurs années, je travaille comme professeur de chant à Bruxelles. J’offre des cours en anglais, français, russe et italien. J’enseigne aux enfants à partir de 6 ans (débutants ou plus expérimentés). J’offre une grande variété de techniques de respiration et de chant.

Soy un artista visual nacido en Barcelona, establecido en Bélgica desde 2017. Como artista, he acumulado experiencia durante los últimos 25 años. Me gradué con una Licenciatura Académica en Bellas Artes en la Universidad de Barcelona y me gradué como Master en Artes Visuales en la Escuela de Artes Sint Lucas en Amberes.

Estoy especializado en pintura, dibujo, películas experimentales, instalaciones, lenguaje, sonido y comisariado. En otras palabras, soy un artista multidisciplinario.

Entiendo la práctica artística como una forma de entendernos a nosotros mismos y las situaciones que nos rodean. En mis clases no enseño cómo hacer arte, sino cómo decir algo a través de tu trabajo artístico. Conmigo puede trabajar de forma independiente, con un entrenador que lo desafiará con algunas tareas y le dará retroalimentación a sus inquietudes personales.

Además, aprenderá a trabajar con varios medios, preparando su propio material: pinturas, lienzos, etc.

No solo recibirá asesoramiento individual, sino que lo alentará a buscar otros artistas o tener en cuenta otras referencias relacionadas con sus inquietudes.

Encontrar, discutir y retomar soluciones juntos es el núcleo de mis clases.

Are you a beginner?? No worries: no experience is required! 😁
I can teach you the basics to produce sounds with your saxophone: position of the embouchure (teeth, tongue, lips and vocal cords' position, an element often forgotten), fingerings, use of diafragma,...
After the first two lessons spent on the mouthpiece and neck for the sound production, we will immediately start to play some super easy duos together to practice your capacity of listening, pay attention to the other, ear training as well. I normally use the book of Peter Wastall (titled Learn as you play) as support, but it is not mandatory. There are plenty of good books btw!

Are you an intermediate / advanced student?? I am sure you can still improve in all the basics, but on a different level. I'll teach you the importance of the "voicing" (technique named by the american saxophonist and pedagogue Donald Sinta) to improve your sound production and projection as well as the capacity of correcting and improving the intonation. You can learn all about phrasing and music interpretation, from tonal music until contemporary atonal compositions. And still, you can improve your playing together, practicing in duo on different aspects like tuning, balance, interpretation, performance etc.

Nee, we vinden niet dat kunnen zingen absoluut noodzakelijk is voor acteurs. Niet elke acteur of actrice heeft ambitie om ook in een musical mee te spelen en er wordt niet in elke serie of film gezongen. Toch is vocalcoaching een goed idee... of je nu wilt leren zingen of niet!

Met jouw cursusgeld kan je wanneer je maar wilt meedoen aan eender welke van onze cursussen. Zo kan je niet alleen leren acteren, maar ook proeven van onze cursussen debat- en presentatietechnieken (onze tv-cursus), communicatie, zang, improvisatie, 'physical acting', leugendetectie, hypnose, regie, of schrijven! Natuurlijk blijft wel gelden: hoe meer je 1 bepaalde cursus volgt, hoe sneller je vooruitgaat.

Wie ambitie heeft als zanger(es) of wie zijn of haar vaardigheden wil uitbreiden om zo gemakkelijker een rol in de wacht te kunnen slepen, komt al snel bij zanglessen terecht... maar ook wie niet van plan is om ooit songs ten berde te brengen, heeft veel baat bij vocalcoaching.

Vaak moet je lang op de set staan en dan is het belangrijk om jouw stem goed te gebruiken, zodat die niet vermoeid wordt en je na urenlange opnames even krachtig kunt praten als ervoor. Tenslotte is het erg handig om verschillende effecten te kunnen zetten op jouw stem. Denk maar aan het rasperige van Gollum in The Lord of the Rings, de blaffende uiteenzettingen van Samson, de volle stem van Kabouter Plop of de gegromde beledigingen die worden uitgewisseld in The Chronicles of Sabrina. Oordeelkundig gebruikte stemeffecten kunnen niet alleen personages meer kleur geven, ze zijn soms essentieel of komen bijna automatisch voort uit emotionele momenten. Ze correct kunnen gebruiken en er controle over behouden zonder dat je jouw stembanden beschadigt, is dus essentieel.

Wat je zoal leert

Net zoals dat bij bijna al onze cursussen het geval is, leren we je technieken uit verschillende benaderingen aan. Voor onze zanglessen zijn dat Speech Level Singing (SLS), Estill Voice Training (EVT) en Complete Vocal Technique (CVT).

Hier enkele dingen die de revue passeren:

• De overeenkomsten en verschillen tussen de drie grote zangtechnieken
• Steun gebruiken
• Het strottenhoofd, de lippen en andere organen die helpen met de stemproductie onder controle houden

Llevo 10 años dando clases de violonchelo a niños, adolescentes y adultos, por lo que he adquirido la experiencia necesaria para poder adaptarme a las diferentes y personales necesidades y objetivos de cada alumno. Mi metodología de enseñanza se centra en crear un ambiente agradable y relajado (¡lo que no quiere decir poco exigente!) en el que los alumnos se sientan seguros para expresar sus propias ideas e inquietudes. I am an artist and philosopher from Amsterdam currently living in Antwerp. I studied in London where I acquired a BA from Art Academy London and a BA in philosophy from St Mary's University London.

Artistic development starts by identifying your artistic interest. As artists, we don’t always know why we draw and paint the things that we do. Yet they are not random. What captivates us or draws us towards certain artworks? This might be the tonal way in which light reflects, structural forms or mathematical division. The point being, is that we all have such aesthetic interests and step 1 is finding out what interests you!

Step 2 is helping you express your interests through painting techniques, styles and materiality. But it all starts with you. What do you want to say? And how? I will help you do this through discussion, looking at your previous work (if you have any), introducing you to a LARGE variety of artists, potentially copying their styles. I adjust my classes according to your needs.

The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language.

(Please note that just because you have found an artistic interest and a way to express it, it does not mean that you must do only one thing for the rest of your life. It is the downfall of creativity to repeat and paint the same way over and over again. Instead, allow your interests to drive your creativity. Let it be the starting point, venture out and discover it from various angles and ways of expressing it. But also be mindful that as we grow our interests can change and as they change, we must remain honest and respond accordingly such that our artistic language can also grow.)

I believe everyone can sing, and it is one of the most extraordinary and fun things to do!

Hello everyone!
My name is Marion and I come from France. I have been a musician for as long as I can remember. I started when I was a kid as a trumpet player. I played in many different kinds of orchestras and had a lot of fun with this instrument, but it was nothing compare to my love for singing! This is why I decided to become a professional opera singer and I want to share my passion about singing!

What do I offer?
Classical singing lessons for all levels with a focus on opera, songs, oratorio and choir repertoire.
I am based in Utrecht. You are welcome to come to my place, but I can also come to the students.
Lessons can be taught in English or in French, but I also speak a little bit of Dutch.

What will you learn?
The fundamental elements of classical singing such as breathing, posture and resonances for example but also styles, pronunciation, interpretation and repertoire. An important aspect I want to approach in a singing lesson is how to help you find your own voice, both in a technical and in an interpretative sense.
I can also guide you with anything solfège related like how to use and read a score or how to learn a song by heart.

What is my philosophy about singing and pedagogy?
I believe the best way to develop and improve a skill is when the students feel that they are in a safe place where they can dare to experiment but also have fun. This is an essential part of the process of music making and I try to bring fun and enjoyment to every lesson!

About me:
I started my musical studies in my home country in France, at the Conservatoire de Caen and the Conservatoire de Rennes before coming to The Netherlands where I finished my
voice bachelor’s degree at Het Conservatorium van Amsterdam in June 2018.
Two years later I graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy where
I performed the role of Tigrane in Händel’s Radamisto, The Countess of
Dunmow in Berkeley’s A Dinner Engagement, Arsace in Graun’s Cesare and Cleopatra and Fiordiligi in Mozart's Così fan tutte.
Nowadays, I am a freelance soprano working in the Netherlands and in Belgium as a soloist and as a choir singer. I often participate in productions with the choir of the Dutch National Opera in Amsterdam, the Opera Ballet Vlaanderen in Antwerp or the Groot Omroepkoor in Hilversum.
I was one of the laureates of the edition 2020/2021 of the Dutch Classical
Talent Tour & Award, and I recently won the Handel Choir Jubilee Award.
