I am a certified 250 hrs HATHA and ASHTANGA Yoga Teacher from Thailand teaching in Paris, France for a year now.
I propose private classes for one person, a duo (2 persons), and a group of friends (3-5 people) both online and in person.
Classes are designed to respond to your needs.
A class usually includes:
- Breathing techniques
- Physical exercises: the series of postures named Sun Salutations, as well as poses to reinforce the muscles and increase flexibility.
- Deep relaxation
- Meditation
I can teach the following:
1. Hatha yoga - A slow-paced and gentle yoga, focuses on controlled breathing and holding a pose. Good for beginners.
2. Ashtanga yoga - A faster-paced yoga that is more physically demanding and requires strength and endurance. Good for experienced yogis.
3. Weight loss yoga - Comprises Yoga poses and bodyweight movements that stimulate different several muscle groups (especially core muscles). Good for all levels.
4. Yoga therapy - Healing sequence that helps relieve body ache and addresses specific goals (i.e. insomnia, office syndrome, etc.). Good for all levels.
5. Chair Yoga for senior
6. Yoga Ball
7. Parent and kid Yoga (kid 0-3 years old)
8. Kids Yoga
