This is a structured program, mainly for beginners and for anyone who is trying to translate to business analyst role. What you learn after the end of the program? 1. Analyse business process and find solutions to existing business problems. 2. Define business process, their objectives and how they flow within the orgnaisational context 3. Evaluate the current business from a process view, break down the problems, and find an applicable business solution.
