I am a professionally trained language teacher. I have been teaching English and IELTS Preparation courses for years. As a second language speaker of English myself, I understand the struggle of my students. I have practiced all the strategies that I will share with my students. My IELTS Preparation class will focus on the four different skills of English: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. You can choose to focus on one of these skills in each lesson. After four lessons, we will have a test, where we can determine your IELTS score. I also offer lessons for those who want to learn Indonesian and Javanese. I am a native speaker of both languages. I am currently teaching Javanese at Leiden University.

This course is designed for learners who have no basic knowledge of Indonesian or know a little bit and want to learn more. The course will first give learners the opportunities to repeat some of the basic rules in Indonesian. Afterward, the materials will progress slowly until learners are equipped with the most important structures in Indonesian. In addition, there will be plenty of chances to practice in conversations!
