Being an event organizer is one of the most exciting jobs in the world. So many industries from Arts to Music, History, Environment, Non Profit ,require events organized everyday. It is one of the most rewarding jobs as you will get to travel, meet many new and interesting people, expand your knowledge about subjects, challenge yourself with new scenarios, belong to a great team. But being an event organizer is not a simple task. You will need to develop a system thinking and being able to see the bigger picture. You will need ro know how to face stress, deal with last minute changes, deal with complaints, deal with issues,deal emergencies, organize a whole team, support your team, coordinate artists or any other stakeholders. You will have to develop a creative problem solving skill and maintain calm at all times. I have a great passion for Events Management and the number one requirement you need is going to be being able to read people and read the situation. I will teach you both the soft skills and all the technical skills required to organize any type of event from small to big. I am going to also leave you with tips on how to prepare your mind and body to this type of work.
