Before we get started with our first session, I like to ask my students about their goals...their main purpose in taking ESL sessions. This helps to meet my student’s expectations and end results! For some learning English is a personal hobby, for travel and/or for workplace advancement. Students have left feedback of how they enjoyed my teaching style of incorporating everyday life activities with shared storytelling, and humor to keep things interesting. I have been teaching ESL online to adult second-language students around the world for the past 8-years. I am from New York City and my background prior to teaching ESL includes my career as a mentor, trainer and supervisor in the U.S. Air Force.
