Acting is a skill honed by dedication and love of the craft, and taking the steps to audition for drama school proves you have that passion inside of you. Having been trained at New York University’s prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, under the Stella Adler Studio, I have developed the art of the audition monologue and would love to share this with you. Stella Adler, who taught the likes of Marlon Brando, was a member of Stanislavski’s Group Theatre, who created her own Acting Studio in New York City after the collaboration split. Her technique is a development of the traditional Stanislavski technique, with an added emphasis on imagination. These audition prep classes will be based upon Stella Adler and Stanislavski’s approach.
