Hi, my name is Anna and I'm italian. I've fallen in love with cooking since I was a child, thanks to my grandfather. I have passion and I dedicate a lot of my free time in learning new recipes, new ingredients and learn different cusine tips. I have always kept cooking and pastry as my main passion. Over the years, thanks to the experiences of studying abroad and the life of an off-site student, I have been able to meet and learn different styles of cooking that are not traditional Italian ones. Cooking does not just mean reading a recipe: it is a matter of sensitivity, respect for ingredients and preparation times. Do you want to learn the basics of Italian cuisine?
