I have been teaching english for over 5 years now and I have already got experience with 10 children (in kindergarten and primary school). All of my clients I have got on recommendation, which proves that parents were satisfied with my methods and aware of the results. My idea is to prepare interesting, individual lessons, based on children's character and preference. Many of my lessons consisted of watching animated cartoons with english subtitles, which I would stop every now and then in order to ask my student me how he has understood the part that we have just seen and translated some words. At the end there would be exercise with the words that appeared in the cartoon. Another type of lessons was preparing handouts related to topics that attract the child's interest. Generally speaking, I like teaching english, because seeing the child's progress is one of the nicest flow of satisfaction in the world. I am quite understanding but rather demanding. I always give homework. I speak French B2.
