Buenas, me dedico a impartir clases de Matemáticas en un nivel de Primaria y primeros cursos de la ESO. Me ajusto a las necesidades y el nivel de cada estudiante, y hago que cada clase sea lo suficientemente flexible para repasar contenidos previos o avanzar según lo que el alumno necesite.

Además, mi principal objetivo es aumentar la confianza del estudiante en sus capacidades, para que se sienta motivado a aprender y pueda superar cualquier dificultad. Para temas de álgebra, geometría, cálculo, o incluso para preparar un examen específico, mis clases están pensadas para que puedas lograr tus metas y disfrutar del aprendizaje.

I am specialized (>5 years of experience) in tutoring math for school (any level, but preferably higher level), including competitive exams such as the SAT, GRE, GMAT, and the IIT-JEE.

This class is aimed to train
1) high-school students undergoing VWO or an IB curriculum, who are having problems following math at school or university,
2) Anyone who wishes to take the VWO Math-A/B/C entrance examinations by Boswell or CCVX and wants to train for that.

Personally, I am currently working as a Quantitative Researcher of stock markets, and therefore analytical math is also a part of my job.

The classes could be rigorous or lenient depending on the student. There will be periodic homework and I'll make sure that the student achieves her/his desired goals.

Jullie zullen om verschillende redenen Nederlands willen leren, bijvoorbeeld voor een inburgeringsexamen, of omdat je tijdelijk als expat in Nederland woont en de taal wilt leren, andere vinden het leuk om als hobby te doen en weer anderen komen voor de liefde naar Nederland... Er zijn zo veel redenen! Van tiener tot volwassen studenten, van beginner tot gevorderd en ertussen, ik geef met plezier mijn lessen aan studenten over heel de wereld! Math, calculus and physics can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when the theory or solving method is unclear. I am a cum laude Aerospace Engineering graduate from TU Delft and have helped other pupils with their problems since 2017. With my calm and stepwise explanation, a second view of the solution procedure is given, which is often what is missing. My name is Daniel. I was raised bilingual with the Dutch and Portuguese language. I can also communicate well in English.

I have actively worked with these languages both during my education and at work and in my private life. Switching between these 3 languages is no problem for me. I have been teaching since 2019 for various schools as well as privately.

From my own experience I have experienced how lost you can sometimes feel as a person in a foreign language environment. Therefore, I give tutoring / language lessons Dutch -and Portuguese to (still) non-Dutch/Portuguese speaking persons. I have the possibility to teach online.

Na jaren als groepsleerkracht (groep 1 t/m 8) te hebben gewerkt geef ik nu online begeleiding en bijles aan leerlingen die net dat beetje extra hulp nodig hebben. Met mijn ervaring en vakkennis bied ik persoonlijke ondersteuning bij verschillende vakken en help ik kinderen goed voorbereid naar de middelbare school.

Elke les is 100% afgestemd op het niveau, de (leer)behoefte en de leerstijl van de leerling: spelenderwijs, met meer herhaling of juist veel afwisseling. Jij als ouder blijft altijd betrokken: na elke les ontvang je een korte terugkoppeling en we bespreken regelmatig de voortgang.

Veel kinderen begrijpen en onthouden beter als ze het kunnen zien. Vaak helpt een schema, een tekening of een afbeelding heel erg om iets te begrijpen. Door middel van 'visual thinking' worden dingen inzichtelijk en onthoud je het ook beter! In mijn online lessen delen we daarom samen een virtueel whiteboard, waar we allebei aantekeningen op kunnen maken.

Volgens het principe Leren Zichtbaar Maken neem ik leerlingen mee in hun leerproces. Samen zoeken we uit welke leerdoelen al goed gaan en welke nog niet zijn behaald. Ik maak een plan van aanpak met daarin gerichte oefeningen, strategieën en ondersteuning, afgestemd op de behoeften van je kind. Aan het begin van elke les bespreken we aan welke doelen we gaan werken en gedurende de les kijken we daarop terug.
