I like to use different methods to teach French to students. It can be through songs, drama, role play or videos. I also very often use situations close to the student's experience, such as describing places they have been or talking about what they have experienced. At the same time, I teach the grammar rules to the student. I now live in regions where French has been spoken for over 30 years. Because I have learned French myself (and I am still learning other languages), I can easily put myself in a student's shoes. I can teach in French, Dutch, English, German and Russian.

I create a learning experience (content and pace) adapted to your needs: speaking fluently, DELF/ DALF test preparation, conversations to help with travel or relocation, or simply the pleasure of talking about subjects you are interested in. We can have our lessons in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoying various aspects of learning a language. It's not just about memorizing complex conjugations!

I work with a variety of online resources, all of which is shared with you after the lesson. For structure and to gauge progress, I also work with certain books depending on the level and the requirement. Unless you wish to focus on specific skills, I try to include speaking and listening during the session, while reading and writing exercises are given as homework. If your child is having difficulties in school, I would love to be able to help them overcome them.
I had the opportunity to work in several non-profit organizations (Schola ULB, Youth Club, CIFA, ABEF) where I helped young adolescents understand their subject in French. I also helped them prepare for their exams, including the CEB and CE1D.
We will work together on their lessons, we will review the vocabulary and grammar they need to know and we will work on their difficulties in order to overcome them.
