Présentation
A native of Yorkshire, England, I studied at the University of Cambridge and worked in education in Britain until moving to Sweden 18 years ago. Here, I have learnt Swedish, worked as a mother-tongue teacher and as a science teacher at an international school. I am now concentrating on running my own tutoring business from home, which gives me the flexibility to continue teaching, which I love, while having time to take long walks in the forest and enjoy my garden.

I have many years of experience teaching a wide range of subjects and ages, so can easily adapt the lesson to the needs and interests of the student.
I have a great enthusiasm for science and experience of using a variety of teaching approaches to strengthen confidence in biology and chemistry, and specifically for preparation for IGCSE exams.
Developing children's and student's skills in English is another area I have a lot of experience of - whether it is playing and reading stories in English with younger children, or developing writing skills with older students.
