Hiya!
I am a PhD student at the university of Porto. I gotta be honest, I did not have the best academic qualifications as a young engineer doing my B.sc. years ago. So, studying for a M.sc. in Bologna on a scholarship was a dream come true. I had to work very hard just to be on the acceptable levels. But things change for the best when you realize your strengths. I learned to invest in my abilities rather than feeling sorry for my insufficiencies. I gave more space to what I was good at, instead of focusing on what was forced on me. I think the best way to learn anything is to teach it! Ironically, that is how I managed to really, objectively, slay my English exams.

Master of Science in Chemical and Process Engineering from University of Bologna. Recently the university of Porto recognized my diploma with an equivalent 16/20 GPA.

Learning English with a PhD student; get ready for the essays!

I am PhD student in Porto. All my life I've been helping out and proof-reading colleagues' works, or just motivating them to be the best version of themselves. I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual academic support by following educational training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
