It requires a lot of courage to take this leap, as it means leaving behind the safety net that comes with working in an established organization and taking on all responsibility for your own business. The first step towards becoming an entrepreneur is understanding what kind of business you want to start up. This involves doing research into potential markets or customer needs that can be met by launching a product or service. Once you have identified these areas then it’s time to develop a strategy for success– creating a lean start-up plan which outlines how resources will be allocated in order to reach goals efficiently and quickly; writing out key objectives; researching competitors; building relationships with suppliers etc... By keeping things simple at this stage (KISS method) entrepreneurs can ensure they don't get bogged down by too much detail before their idea has been tested out properly - instead focus on just doing!

Finally once everything else has been taken care off its time for marketing - finding customers who need/want what's being offered so money starts coming back into the business from sales made. There are many ways entrepreneurs can go about attracting customers such as advertising online/offline, attending events related their industry or running promotions but whatever route is chosen must align with overall brand values & mission statement set forth initially when starting up company . Doing this right should result in steady growth over time allowing individual entrepreneur achieve personal and professional leadership heights never thought possible before !

I have been building businesses for over 20 years, and have worked with PwC, one of the top accounting and business consultancies in the world. Before becoming an entrepreneur I was a CEO and a start-up advisor for The Prince's Trust. I also founded a venture capital, private equity and wealth management company. I am an Agile business analyst and learning specialist that has worked with individuals and management teams across multiple industries.

A native Arabic speaker and lecturer at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences since 1994, he offers Arabic courses and private Arabic lessons nationwide for all levels: beginners, advanced, and conversation for professionals. He offers everyday Arabic, standard Arabic, media Arabic, and specialized Arabic, including business Arabic, as well as several dialects: Egyptian, Gulf States Arabic, Jordanian, Lebanese Arabic, Palestinian Arabic, and Syriac Arabic. Other dialects are available upon request.

Participants in this course will have a command of at least 1,500 words of everyday language, both spoken and written (levels A2-B1) and will be able to conjugate simple, three-syllable verbs (so-called strong verbs) in the present, past, future, and imperative tenses, and read non-vocalized texts.
Course content: This is media Arabic, meaning the language used on the internet, in newspapers, magazines, radio, film, in educational institutions such as schools and universities, and in official announcements. This applies from Mauritania/Morocco in the west across the eastern Mediterranean to Oman in the southeast.

The lecturer has created his own scripts for the courses, which are not included in the course price.

Intonation and Melody

When training for a presentation, decide which words and passages deserve extra attention and increase the tone to emphasize these points. If something sounds exaggerated or false, your audience can turn against you.

Volume

A speech is not ordinary conversation, and a presenter can’t convey passion and enthusiasm if the words are delivered softly.

Clarity

Don’t forget to articulate every word, to ensure clarity on your part and understanding on the part of the audience.

Emphasis

Even in the same sentence, emphasizing different words can change the focus of a message. Changing emphasis can alter meaning and/or implication.

Pauses

when pauses are placed in strategic spots in a speech, they can make the difference between a good and an excellent presentation. There are several purposes for which pauses can be used: to give listeners a chance to absorb something that’s just been said; to generate expectations about something that’s going to be said...

Pacing & Tone

If you often get negative feedback about the faster or slower delivery of your speeches, practice delivering a speech sometimes faster and sometimes slower, so you can arrive at a natural pace.
