Namaste! I'm Aravind, the founder of Breathe With Aravind, a breathwork and meditation practice based in Thailand. Originally from Pondicherry, India, I discovered the transformative power of breathwork and meditation, which helped me overcome societal conditioning and childhood traumas. My approach is deeply compassionate, focusing on creating a safe and supportive space for my students to explore and heal. I believe in teaching from the heart and fostering a mindful community. Join me in finding inner peace and a meaningful life through breathwork and meditation.

I studied Mindfulness Foundation at Rise University, where I focused on the principles and practices of mindfulness. I have also learned meditation in a Buddhist monastery in Thailand, deepening my understanding and practice. Additionally, I hold certifications in breathwork and meditation from Samma Karuna International School.

I have extensive experience working with yoga retreats, teacher training programs, and conducting meditation retreats. My background includes facilitating breathwork intensive training sessions, helping individuals discover their inner peace and healing through mindful practices.
