I've been teaching ballet worldwide for over 10 years. My classes are based on Vaganova method, but I mix in Pilates, anatomy and biomechanics to help you truly understand how your body moves. We focus on smart technique, not just repeating steps. Sessions last 60 to 90 minutes depending on what you need. I work with adults of all levels - it's never too late to start your ballet journey!

With 25 years in ballet, I’ve lived and breathed this art form, and I never stop learning. My stage career was an incredible journey, but I discovered that my true passion lies in teaching. I’ve mentored over 400 students worldwide who value my eye for detail, my dedication, and the positive energy I bring to every class. While I was raised in the strict Russian Ballet tradition, I believe that harshness isn't the key—discipline, trust, and a genuine desire to grow are. My goal is to help you build not just a healthier body, but the inner confidence to shine.
