Are you looking to enhance your flexibility, improve your posture, and express yourself through movement? My classes are the perfect blend of gentle stretching exercises and dynamic dance techniques. It’s designed to help you connect with your body, unleash your creative potential, and boost your confidence. How does it work? We will discuss your goals and I will create a personal training plan for you. Usually, a class has a structure: 1) Warm-Up & Cardio, abs routine 2) Modern Dance Techniques 3) Stretching. However, if you want we can always modify it according to your preferences.
The best way to learn a language is to speak with a native and here I am to help you! I prefer to use dialogues as a teaching technique since breaking the language barrier is the most important goal. Let’s talk about everything you want from favorite food to heartbreaks and learn simultaneously!
