I have a Master Degree in classical flute and a Master Degree in Jazz.

My main goal is to passionate my students following their music tastes.

Private lessons for beginners to advanced level of flute playing. All ages are welcome. I am a professionally trained teacher and flutist for almost two decades. My lessons are given in English, Spanish and (soon) Dutch.

My teaching method is variable depending on the students' needs, but the goal is shared: to make a great musician and qualified flutist out of the pupil. I work on both technical and musical aspects from a healthy and enjoyable perspective. Particular emphasis on having fun with the little ones!

I pay special attention to creating a personalized education and experience for every one of my students. I also give some additional tools applicable to the flute playing which includes: The Inner Game of Music, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique and Body & Mind. All the basic theory is taught too.

These flute lessons are for everyone who loves this amazing instrument! It doesn't matter your level or your motivations!

Here you will learn about all the technical aspects of the flute such as breathing-blowing, tonguing, articulation, flexibility, fingering... But I think it is also important that you can have other skills which, in my opinion, are completely necessary for a good musician. For example, we will work on your sight reading, we will analyze the pieces played so that you understand the harmony and the structure... we will work on musicality and style so that you can develop your own musical spirit. We will also work on study techniques so that you can learn the abilities that will make you completely independent. All the music styles are very welcome in this class so don’t hesitate to ask me and I will prepare an arrangement of the songs you love!

My name is Uma and I am originally from Spain. I have been living in The Hague for the past five years. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Flute in Madrid and a Master’s degree in Zürich, I recently finished a Bachelor’s degree in Early Music and historical flutes at the Koninklijk Conservatorium The Hague. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Music Education, which allows me to continuously refine my teaching approach.

Hello! My name is Samantha, and I want to teach you the Flute! I just graduated with a Music Performance Degree in Violin and Flute from Southern Utah University. I have been playing the Flute for over 12 years, and have been teaching for a long time as well. Fascinated by the flute, I participated in music competitions, such as "Prodiges" in Paris, obtaining a distinction (18/20) in 2018. I also participated in a music Masterclass at UDELM (Lions Summer University of Music) in Embrun (Hautes-Alpes - 05 France) in 2016.

• Beginners: You will learn to control your breathing. I will guide you step by step to produce a sound on the flute and gradually begin playing pieces.
• Intermediate: You will work on pieces adapted to your level. The goal is to refine your technique and reach a more advanced level.
• Advanced: You will develop precision and technique in each piece of music. Explore tempo variations and deepen musical interpretation through nuances.
