I aim to make sure students understand material intuitively first before delving into complicated questions and foster a friendly and patient learning environment. Instead of relying on memorising formulas, I teach students how to derive the formulas themselves, build upon their previous knowledge and use them to solve complex questions in a simple way, building their confidence in the process. To facilitate this, I use metaphors and every-day things to construct stories that help students remember concepts and relationships between them.

2. Disponibilité à tout moment : pour que l'élève ne soit jamais bloqué, il peut contacter son professeur pour lui demander une astuce pour un exercice ou une explication rapide par message.

3. Accompagnement et motivation : nous aidons l'élève à voir ses progrès hebdomadaires et veillons à ce que sa motivation reste élevée tout au long de l'accompagnement.

Voici comment nos étudiants sont soutenus :

Après un premier appel découverte, l'étudiant suit un premier cours avec son tuteur pour faire le point sur sa situation, identifier son état d'esprit (leviers de motivation, confiance) et sa marge de progression (lacunes, méthodes non maîtrisées, écriture imprécise, erreurs d'inattention ou de calcul).

En fonction de l'évaluation de l'élève, le tuteur propose une formule sur mesure combinant cours particuliers, adaptation du nombre d'heures par semaine et accompagnement à distance quotidien.

L'accompagnement quotidien se concentre sur la formation en CONDITIONS RÉELLES : seul, sans support de cours ni professeur et avec un temps limité.

L'élève nous envoie ensuite sa copie, et nous lui fournissons le jour même un corrigé rigoureusement rédigé, les corrections de sa copie et sa note. Il peut alors immédiatement apprendre de ses erreurs et refaire le devoir parfaitement. L'objectif est d'apprendre automatiquement.

Grâce à la répétition, cette méthode permet à l’étudiant de :

- Ne restez plus jamais bloqué sur une question pendant un DST
- Améliorez votre gestion du temps, en vous habituant à travailler en conditions réelles
- Améliorer la rigueur de sa rédaction
- Réduire le nombre d'erreurs d'inattention

En plus des séances d'entraînement, chaque coach accompagne l'élève par des cours particuliers ou des séances de coaching téléphonique, selon ses difficultés. Les séances de coaching proposent des conseils en gestion du temps, un bilan du travail effectué et la définition d'objectifs futurs.

Ce suivi nous permet d'être au plus près de l'étudiant dans sa révision, en étant joignable à tout moment et en étant très réactif dans la correction de ses copies.

Cette méthode nous permet de garantir une progression rapide des notes : en moyenne, +4 points de moyenne en moins de 6 mois (voir les nombreux témoignages).

Les résultats de cette méthode sont nettement supérieurs aux cours particuliers traditionnels. Elle a permis à de nombreux élèves de passer d'une moyenne de 11-12 à plus de 16.

Vous avez également accès en temps réel au planning de travail de l'élève et au suivi de sa progression (notes, exercices travaillés, notions et méthodes acquises) afin d'avoir une vue d'ensemble du travail effectué et de la progression de votre enfant.
